The objectives of this work package are:
Administrative management: comprising every issue regarding every mandatory fulfilment for the project to suit the EC rules, and any other issue that provides support to the easy follow up and control of the project and easy information interchange amongst partners, and between the Consortium and the Commission.
Technical management: comprising any activity oriented to the scientific/technical work itself, i.e. how the technical progress will be monitored and assessed, the interchange of technical information amongst partners, the generation and submission of deliverables, etc.
Strategic management: comprising any issue related with the final objectives of the project to assure the success of the whole project looking forward the consecution of the expected results both in terms of quality, costs and time, and further dissemination and exploitation of these.
The web tool created for information dissemination will also be employed for effective project management. This will be performed by the inclusion of a restricted area within the web page to which only the project participants (including the Commission Services) will be granted access.
With a strong bet for the virtual (economic and flexible) platforms that allow to save geographical big distances and they seem to be specially suitable for "dispersed" environments.
This final Workpackage 4 will be also coordinated by ADEUROPA.
