Workpackage 2: foresight study of policies / rtd support instruments guided to future sectors, intensive in knowledge and with high added value.
This Workpackage we will analyze, using tools of prospective and economic intelligence, the future challenges of the chosen five sectors. Analysis will be based upon desk studies and interactive dialogue between experts and regional stakeholders organized within expert panels.
The objectives of this work package are:
Identification of 5 future sectors, intensive in knowledge and with high added value and interest for the regions involved in the consortium.
Creation of 5 expert panels at trans-regional level.
Completion of foresight studies for each of the five sectors in order to identify lists of key technologies for the regions. Each study will also result in a list of agreed upon actions and policy recommendations.
Elaboration of 15 bulletins of Economic Intelligence on the chosen sectors: Elaboration of 15 bulletins of Economic Intelligence (three bulletins in each sector).
This Workpackage will be coordinated by PREST-UNIMAN – University of Manchester as technological partner.
