The consortium is composed by ADEuropa Foundation (ADEUROPA) acting as the coordinator, the Brandenburg Economic Development Board (ZAB), the Regional Development Agency of West Romania (ADR), the Institute of Baltic Studies from Estonia (IBS), the County Administrative Board of Västernorrland (LSTY) and the Policy Research in Engineering, Science and Technology Institute (PREST-UNIMAN) of the Victoria University of Manchester.
The first five partners have wide experience regarding regional development and RTD, and have previously been implicated in regional, national and European level projects. They all play an important role in their regions as regards local economic and structural development and they have been deeply involved in RTD and innovation processes and policies. The partner PREST-UNIMAN will act in the project as expert in the design of foresight activities and not representing to any region. PREST-UNIMAN has long been a centre for studies which take a prospective view on the development of science and technology.
